I use the THRIVE Model:
T – Transformation: Conscious change can only happen if you know what needs to change. We explore what you want from your life, what is meaningful to you, and what is holding you back.
H – Habits: We identify which habits set you up for success, and which habits are not serving you. We also look at how to create habits that are healthy and sustainable in the long term.
R – Resources: We take stock of the many resources and tools available to you to help you reach your goals.
I – Inner critic: We learn to recognize the voice of your inner critic, and identify strategies on how to deal with it and how to let it go.
V – Values: We hone in on what is most meaningful and important to you, so that you can live your life in alignment with your deepest values.
E – Empowerment: During the process you embrace your true thoughts and gain confidence. You start believing in yourself and your inner power.
